Scope
This document specifies the requirements for raw materials, processing water, sensory and physical-chemical indicators, and net content of quick-frozen coated shrimp, describes the corresponding test methods, and also stipulates inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage.
This document is applicable to the production, processing, and sales of non-ready-to-eat products made from fresh or quick-frozen shrimp fillets, prawns, butterfly shrimp, shrimp balls, etc., which are processed through methods such as batter coating and/or breading, pre-frying or non-pre-frying, and quick-freezing.
