Scope

This standard specifies the symbols, classification, and coordinate system definitions of rubber elastic elements (hereinafter referred to as "rubber elastic elements") for wind turbines, as well as their requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage, and transportation. This standard applies to rubber elastic elements used for buffering and vibration reduction in gearboxes, generators, nacelles, control cabinets, and other components of horizontal-axis wind turbines with a power output of 200 kW or more. Rubber elastic elements used in horizontal-axis wind turbines with a power output of less than 200 kW and vertical-axis wind turbines may be implemented in accordance with this standard. This standard does not apply to polyurethane and sealing rubber products.
