本标准适用于以酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)为原料,经过细胞破壁提取,酸、碱处理,分离纯化,干燥等工序加工后得到的β-1,3/β-1,6-葡聚糖为主要成分的食品营养强化剂酵母β-葡聚糖。
注: Saccharomyces cerevisiae的种名译为“酿酒酵母”,卫生部公告 2012 年第 6 号中“以面包酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)为原料”所定义的“面包酵母”为该酵母的英译俗名。
