Scope
This part of GB/T 30357 specifies the classification of Tieguanyin products, as well as their physical standard samples, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage.
This part is applicable to raw tea (also known as green tea) made from the leaves, buds, and tender shoots of the Tieguanyin variety, which undergo unique processing steps such as withering, greening, firing, rolling (bag rolling), and drying, as well as refined tea (also known as finished tea) produced through shaping and sorting processes.
