This document specifies the raw materials, technical requirements, grading and physical standard samples of Luyang Chun tea, as well as the processing plants, processing equipment, processing personnel, processing techniques, test methods, inspection rules, labels, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements.
This document is applicable to Luyang Chun tea produced in the Yangzhou area, which is made from the tender buds and leaves of high-quality tea trees, and processed through such techniques as light spreading, high-temperature withering, shaping and drying, and aroma enhancement.
