Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage for fresh seawater fish. This standard applies to fresh seawater fish that have not been processed after capture, chilled seawater fish, and fresh seawater fish that have only had their internal organs removed without undergoing any other processing.
