Scope

This document specifies the method of designating the grades of hot-rolled steel sections for prefabricated steel structure buildings, the content of orders, dimensions, shapes, weights, and allowable deviations, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates. This document is applicable to hot-rolled H-section steel used in prefabricated steel structure buildings and T-section steel cut from hot-rolled H-section steel (hereinafter referred to as "steel sections"), and I-section steel and channel steel may be used as reference for implementation.
