Scope
This standard specifies the relevant definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and requirements for packaging, transportation, and storage of fragrant rice. This standard applies to the inspection, evaluation, and authentication of fragrant rice in the processes of production, processing, storage and transportation, purchase and sale, import and export, and scientific research. This standard does not apply to rice with fragrance produced by adding flavor enhancers and other means.
