Scope

This document specifies the safety requirements for the design and manufacture of tire vulcanizing machines (hereinafter referred to as "vulcanizing machines"), and provides relevant instructions for the safe use of the machines.
This document applies to mechanical and hydraulic vulcanizing machines used for vulcanizing tire outer casings.
This document applies to all major hazards related to vulcanizing machines that may arise during their entire life cycle (see 5.4 in GB/T 15706-2012), during their intended use, and in the case of misuse reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer (see Appendix A).
This document does not cover:
——Feeding and discharging systems;
——Vulcanizing machines for manual tire mounting and dismounting;
——Related auxiliary machines (such as conveying equipment, etc.);
——Exhaust systems;
——Hazards caused by the fall of mold sleeves or molds.
