Scope
This document stipulates the general requirements for safe low-voltage electricity use in rural areas, low-voltage power supply circuits, safe electricity use for daily life, safe electricity use for production, self-sufficient power supply and small-scale distributed power supply, electrical fire prevention and fire extinguishing, and basic requirements for preventing electrical accidents and providing rescue services.
This document is applicable to safe low-voltage electricity use and operation and maintenance in rural areas.
