Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection and acceptance rules, and packaging and labeling for wool knitwear fabrics.
This standard is applicable to the quality assessment of 100% wool knitwear fabrics and wool blend knitwear fabrics containing 30% or more wool. Other animal hair knitwear fabrics can also be referenced for implementation.
