Scope

This document stipulates the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") limits, technical requirements, statistical scope, and yield conversion for chemical fiber units, and describes the calculation method.
This document is applicable to production enterprises of polyester polyamide, recycled polyamide (physical method, physicochemical method), bottle-grade polyester, viscose fiber, nylon 6, spandex (dry spinning), Vinal (high-strength and high-modulus polyvinyl alcohol ultra-short fibers, water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol short fibers), acrylic fiber (DMAc wet two-step method), polypropylene (fully drawn filament, blown filament, short fiber), ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber (wet spinning), and some two-component composite fibers, for the calculation and assessment of energy consumption, as well as energy consumption control for new and expanded construction projects.
