Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, and document requirements for natural casing processing enterprises to establish and implement the HACCP system, as well as requirements for good manufacturing practices (GMP), sanitary standard operating procedures (SSOP), standard operating procedures (SOP), and the establishment procedures of the HACCP system.
