Scope

This document specifies the classification, system architecture, technical requirements, explanatory materials, installation and after-sales services, and evaluation methods for central heating systems for household and similar applications.
This document applies to single-phase appliances with a rated voltage not exceeding 250 V, and other appliances with a rated voltage not exceeding 480 V, for the design, integration, identification, and evaluation of central heating systems used in households and similar places.
The central heating systems covered by the scope of this document include, but are not limited to:
——Central heating systems used in various rooms of households, such as bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, study rooms, and kitchens;
——Central heating systems used in various schools, such as universities, middle schools, and primary schools, in classrooms, office buildings, cafeterias, activity rooms, and libraries;
——Central heating systems used in special gathering places for large numbers of people, such as kindergartens, elderly activity venues, nurseries, hospitals, and special education schools;
——Central heating systems used in offices, factories, construction sites, and sports stadiums.
Note: The central heating systems used in some of the above-mentioned places may require additional requirements.
