This document applies to household and similar-use electrical appliances with a rated voltage of not more than 250 V for single-phase appliances, and a rated voltage of not more than 480 V for other appliances.
This document specifies the safety of commercial electric packaging appliances used for food preservation under vacuum conditions.
This document applies to commercial vacuum packaging appliances with a rated voltage of not more than 250 V for single-phase appliances, and a rated voltage of not more than 480 V for other appliances.
These appliances are not intended for household or similar use. Instead, they are used for commercial food preservation in areas not open to the public, such as restaurants, cafeterias, hospital kitchens, and commercial enterprises like bakeries and slaughterhouses.
