Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Gaoyou salted duck eggs, the scope of protection for geographical indication products, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to Gaoyou salted duck eggs approved for protection by the national administrative departments in charge of quality supervision, inspection, and quarantine in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products". This standard also applies to Gaoyou double-yolk salted duck eggs and Gaoyou salted duck eggs in soft cans.
