Scope

This document describes the sample preparation and testing methods for performance testing of polyketone molding and extrusion materials, and stipulates the requirements for processing and/or conditioning the test materials before molding and testing samples.
The performance testing methods are selected from GB/T 19467.1 General Test Methods. This document also lists other testing methods that are widely used or of particular significance for molding and extrusion materials, as well as the determination methods for characteristic properties in GB/T 41758.1.
To ensure the reproducibility and repeatability of test results, it is necessary to use the sample preparation and conditioning methods specified in this document, as well as the specified sample sizes and testing methods. Test data obtained from samples prepared under different conditions or using different sample sizes may be inconsistent.
