HJ 256-2021 Construction Project Acceptance Technical Specification for Environmental Protection Facilities - Cement Industry
This standard specifies the work procedures and general requirements for the acceptance of environmental protection facilities of construction projects in the cement industry, and puts forward technical requirements for initiating acceptance, self-inspection of acceptance, preparing an acceptance monitoring plan, implementing acceptance monitoring and inspection, and preparing an acceptance monitoring report (form).
This standard applies to the acceptance of environmental protection facilities of construction projects in the cement industry. It also applies to the acceptance of environmental protection facilities of construction projects for the co-processing of hazardous waste, municipal solid waste (including waste plastics, waste rubber, waste paper, waste tires, etc.), urban and industrial wastewater treatment sludge, animal and plant processing waste, contaminated soil, and waste from emergency events.
The acceptance of environmental protection facilities of construction projects for the mining of cement raw materials and other ecological impact projects shall be carried out in accordance with HJ/T 394.
