Scope
This standard specifies the scope of geographical indication protection for Taihe black chicken, terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, and transportation. This standard applies to Taihe black chicken approved for protection by the national administrative departments of quality supervision, inspection, and quarantine in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products". This standard does not apply to the carcasses of Taihe black chicken after slaughter and processing, nor to their frozen products.
