Scope

This part of GB/T 16507 specifies the material grades and standards that are allowed to be used for pressure-bearing components of water-tube boilers, the basic technical requirements of the materials, the applicable range (temperature and pressure) and allowable stress of the materials, as well as the material grades and standards that are allowed to be used for non-pressure-bearing components.
This part is applicable to the selection and use of materials for pressure-bearing components and non-pressure-bearing components of water-tube boilers defined in the scope of GB/T 16507.1.
