GB/T 17467-2010 High-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substation
GB/T 17467-2010 High-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substation
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the operating conditions, rated characteristics, general structural requirements, and test methods for high-voltage/low-voltage or low-voltage/high-voltage outdoor prefabricated substations with a rated AC voltage of 3.6 kV to 40.5 kV on the high-voltage side, containing one or more transformers, a frequency of 50 Hz or less, and installed in publicly accessible locations. The substations are connected by cables and can be operated from either the inside (accessible type) or the outside (non-accessible type).
〖HT5”〗Note: For prefabricated substations on overhead lines, this standard can also be referenced.
Prefabricated substations can be installed either above or partially or entirely below ground.
Typically, prefabricated substations include the following main components (functions) and parts:
——Shell;
——Power transformers;
——High-voltage switchgear and control equipment;
——Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment;
——High-voltage and low-voltage internal connection lines;
——Auxiliary equipment and circuits.
The relevant provisions in this standard apply to designs that do not include all of the above components (for example, facilities consisting only of power transformers and low-voltage switchgear and control equipment).
