This standard specifies the terms and definitions of chocolate and chocolate products, cocoa butter substitute chocolate and cocoa butter substitute chocolate products, product classification, raw and auxiliary materials, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, determination and reinspection, product naming, labeling and marking, packaging, storage, transportation, and sales requirements.
