本文件规定了工模具钢的分类和代号、订货内容、制造工艺、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。
本文件适用于工模具钢热轧、锻制、冷拉、银亮及机加工交货钢棒和热轧盘条(以下统称为钢棒),以及公称厚度不大于4 mm的单轧冷轧钢板和公称厚度不大于10 mm的单轧热轧钢板(以下简称钢板);其化学成分同样适用于钢锭、钢坯及其制品。
注:本文件中钢棒和钢板统称为钢材。
