Scope
本文件适用于额定电压交流不超过1 000 V，直流不超过1 500 V的转换开关电器(TSE)，负载通过TSE在电源之间的转换，以保证供电连续性，并进行设备的能源管理。本文件包括：--手动操作转换开关电器(MTSE)；--远程操作转换开关电器(RTSE)；--自动转换开关电器(ATSE)。本文件不包括：a)没有经过制造商试验和/或没有被根据本文件标志为完整转换开关的TSE配置；b)辅助触头(见GB/T 14048.5)；c)爆炸性环境中使用的转换开关［见IEC 60079(所有部分)］；d)嵌入式软件设计(见IEC TR 63201)；e)网络安全方面(见IEC TS 63208)；f)用于NE和HE型直接起动异步电机(见GB/T 21210-2016)的TSE(见GB/T 14048.4-2020中的AC3e使用类别)；g)其他类型的TSE，包括闭路转换TSE、中性线重叠转换TSE、具有甩负荷功能的TSE等，这些类型的TSE的补充要求正在考虑中。TSE所必需的控制电器(如控制开关等)和保护电器(如断路器等)符合相关国家标准的要求。注： 如IEC 60364556描述的，用于安全设施和紧急疏散照明系统的TSE，受特定规则和/或法律要求的约束。本文件的目的如下。a)规定电器的特性；b)规定电器必须遵循的有关条件：1)电器的预定操作；2)在规定的非正常条件(如短路)下的操作与性能；3)介电性能。c)规定证明符合上述条件的试验及进行试验的方法；d)规定应该由制造商需提供的产品信息。
