GB/T 43746.1-2024 Drilling and foundation equipment safety requirements—Part 1:Common requirements
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the general safety requirements for drilling and foundation construction equipment, including a list of major hazards, safety requirements and/or protective measures, verification of safety requirements and/or protective measures, and usage information. This document addresses the general major hazards associated with the use of drilling and foundation construction equipment (see Appendix A) during their intended use and under reasonably foreseeable misuse conditions throughout their entire lifespan (transportation/operation, assembly, disassembly, machine in working and non-working states, maintenance, site movement, storage, and scrapping and disposal). This document applies to the design, manufacture, and use of drilling and foundation construction equipment. This document does not apply to the design, manufacture, and use of the following machines: -- tunnel boring machines, rodless shaft drills for rock strata; -- raise drills; -- drills for the oil and gas industry; -- horizontal directional drills; -- mining machinery and equipment specifically for open-pit mining; -- all underground mining machinery and equipment used for mining solid minerals, as well as machinery and equipment specifically for underground mine development; -- vertical core drills; -- handheld machines. Note: This document does not include specific requirements for marine applications. This document includes supplementary safety requirements for injection, grouting, and infusion equipment (see Chapter 8) and supplementary safety requirements for interchangeable auxiliary equipment (see Chapter 9). This document addresses but does not fully include the safety requirements for diaphragm wall equipment.
